Susan McCants has spent 28+ years building a career in commercial construction, starting as a subcontractor and working her way up to Regional Manager at ISEC, Inc., where she oversees operations across four states. During her nearly 12 years at Turner Construction, she managed major infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest and became the first woman ever to win the AGC Build Washington Project Manager of the Year Award in 2016. A proud Filipino American and University of Washington graduate, Susan is passionate about opening doors in the construction industry for the next generation — and her story is proof that representation and excellence can go hand in hand.
