Darius Alexander studied Sociology at Pacific Lutheran University, where he led the Black student organization B.L.A.C.K.@PLU, and has built a career that moves between corporate America and community service. He spent over a decade at State Farm in roles ranging from claims to training and leadership development, then transitioned into direct youth support as a School Outreach Coordinator with Communities In Schools of Federal Way, where he has worked for nearly twelve years. His journey shows how the skills you build in one career — coaching, project management, facilitation — can travel with you and eventually lead you back to lifting up the next generation.
