Annette Agresta started her career at Amazon as a Customer Service Representative and, over the course of more than 14 years, worked her way up to Senior Program Manager of Human Rights Due Diligence. Her path shows that you don't need a specialized degree to build a meaningful career in corporate social responsibility — she studied Communication at Marshall University and grew by taking on new roles and challenges one step at a time. Today, Annette uses her position at one of the world's largest companies to help ensure people across global supply chains are treated with dignity and fairness.
