A former Olympic sprinter turned Division I head coach, he brings firsthand experience at the highest levels of the sport to every athlete he works with. As the head coach of Cornell Men's Track and Field, he has led his team to Ivy League championships and earned multiple Coach of the Year honors, while also serving as head coach for the U.S. Virgin Islands track and field team at the 2016 Olympic Games. His coaching style is built on empowering athletes to understand their own movement, build the right mindset, and take real ownership of their development.
